Business planning skills are needed by everyone developing their ideas to create health products in order to implement and deliver business objectives. A good plan not only gives clarity and focus but helps define strategy and manage resources. It also gives confidence by lowering the investment risk. This workshop is suitable for industry, NHS and university professionals.
Topics covered: why planning is important, intention of a plan, developing a vision, planning tools and how to use them, financial analysis, developing action plans.
