NW NHS Innovation Award Winners Announced
Eleven lucky finalists were selected, from a staggering 150 innovations entered into the North West NHS Innovation Competition, to attend the North West NHS Innovation Awards in Liverpool.
First prize in the innovative device & technology category went to Dr James Edwards for his novel powered wheel (chair) device.
First prize in the innovative service delivery category went to Sarah Roberts, Ward Manager, Salford Royal Hospitals NHS Trust for a service to expedite aspirin delivery to stroke patients.
