Event: Hacking Children’s Health

Wednesday 18th November, 9am-6.30pm

Thursday 19th November, 9am-4pm

Institute in the Park, Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Liverpool, L12 2AP

The North West Coast (NWC) AHSN is hosting this two day event in partnership with a team from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Engineers, coders, entrepreneurs, project managers, post graduates, NHS professionals, IT technicians, venture capitalists, industrial designers and anyone else with skills to offer are invited to join the event.

The Hackathon will bring together 150-200 participants from different backgrounds to ‘hack’, or solve challenges that will be set by healthcare professionals and patients. The video below presents the gist:
