The free event will focus on how to develop successful public private partnerships (PPPs) in healthcare, focusing on how they can enable efficient, cost-effective delivery of health services whilst minimising the financial risk.
The session will focus on the following areas of conversation:
- how to avoid the potential pitfalls and risks of PPPs
- the key principals that underpin successful partnerships
- practical steps needed to maximise the potential benefits of PPPs
