Vacancy: NHS Engagement Officer (Secondment)

NIHR Research Design Service North West are looking to appoint two NHS Engagement Officers who will be seconded from their current NHS Trust Research and Development Management role (Band 7 and above) to work with the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) Research Design Service North West.

The role will be based at the service’s central office at Lancaster University, but able to work from their own NHS Trust location or the local RDS service nearest location for ease and will work with the Directors of the service.

You will work closely with the Communication and Information Manager and the Central Office Co-ordinator supporting an effective and efficient research design service across the North West Region delivered through our three service teams.

They wish to appoint once Officer from each North West Clinical Research Network area: North West Coast and Greater Manchester.

These posts will be fixed term secondments until 30th September 2018 – either half a day to a day per week, to be negotiated post interview.
