Innovator Awards to support healthcare innovators

Wellcome’s Innovator Awards offer funding of up to £500,000 to support projects that focus on a range of areas, including: diagnostics, mental health, tropical diseases, neurological disorders and rare diseases.

The awards are open to researchers developing healthcare innovations that have projects which could demonstrate measurable impact on human health.

Not-for-profit and commercial organisations from anywhere in the world are eligible to apply.

Awards can be used to support a range of activities and resources, including: staff, materials and consumables, research management support costs, travel and subsistence, publication, project management and clinical research.

There is no deadline for this funding. Applications can be made at: wellcome.ac.uk/funding/innovator-awards
