TRUSTECH Quality Policy
TRUSTECH is committed to determine, agree and conform to our Clients’ needs and exceptions, whilst fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and all applicable legislation.
TRUSTECH recognises that to be competitive and maintain good economic performance in Public and Commercial sectors we must employ management systems that continually improve the quality of our services, which in turn increases the satisfaction of our clients, employees, suppliers and all interested parties.
We review our company mission, vision and objectives on a regular basis to ensure they are reflective of the needs of interested parties, consider the markets in which we operate and feedback from our customers.
TRUSTECH’s aim is to improve health and social care through innovation and to be the preferred provider of innovation services in the UK; through idea capture, innovation advice and industry engagement.
We are conscious that the motivation of our employees is dependent on their training and understanding of the tasks they are expected to perform. It is part of our on-going training programme that this policy and associated objectives are communicated and understood at appropriate levels within TRUSTECH and the policy is made available to all interested parties.
This policy and associated objectives will be reviewed annually as changes to the Quality Management System and associated activities are planned and implemented.
