Administration Manager (closing date 26 June 2008).

Band 6 £24k – £31k (37.5 Hours)

Providing a high standard of administrative support to the Innovation Unit, you’ll manage workloads and support the Board by making sure their requirements are met. Producing monthly financial reports, you’ll also ensure all accounts are in order. As the first point of contact for all enquires to TrusTECH via phone and email, you’ll also coordinate the external interface of the Innovation Unit, maintain staff files and data, and ensure that all information is up-to-date.

To join, you should be educated to degree level and have excellent organisational abilities – not to mention demonstrable evidence of advanced planning and co-ordination skills. You should also have previous experience in administration with NHS office systems and procedures, and have knowledge of MS Office Suite.
