Nick Allen

Industry Procurement Advisor

Nick has over 30 years Procurement experience in both private and public sectors.

Nick has cradle to grave understanding and is visionary with regards future procurement processes.

Now Industry Procurement Adviser for TRUSTECH & Health Innovation Manchester, Nick is passionate about helping SMEs break into the NHS and supporting health and wealth in local economies.

 

Now a Fellow of the Institute of Procurement & Supply, he is keen to explore how procurement is going to shape in its outlook and embrace new changes, which he says, he wants to be very much a part of.

Mark Claydon

Chief Operating Officer

With a wealth of operational and general business management experience, Mark is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality services while building capacity for future growth.

 

Mark is renowned for driving cultural change, and ensures that we benefit from continuous and sustainable improvement.

Mark's expertise lies in procurement and supply chain, SME business management, project and programme management, resource planning, system strategy and budget control.

Louisa Gerrard

Administration Manager

Louisa is the first point of contact for general enquiries. She is responsible for providing administrative, financial and project support.  

 

Louisa’s expertise includes office administration, health and safety, finance, HR, back office and other protocols.

Sig Mikladal

Senior Project Manager

As a former entrepreneur, and with a track record in project management, finance, accounting, IT and business planning, Sig is responsible for delivering a variety of healthcare innovation projects, including the Innovation Nexus service on behalf of Health Innovation Manchester.

Sig's expertise includes business development, support and management, IT systems implementation, funding applications, patents, data analysis, reports, innovation outcomes / impact and product development.

Kevin Moreton

Senior Project Manager

Kevin has previously worked at the NHS Technology Adoption Centre (NTAC), and was involved in Department of Health (DHSC) programmes and publications.

 

He manages a number of projects, supports and engages with healthcare vendors and companies with novel services and products for the NHS.

 

Kevin's expertise includes programme/project management, technology adoption, market research, data management/analysis, business development and funding services.

Richard Smith

Finance Director

Richard has held numerous finance director positions in the life sciences and healthcare sector, with both large multinationals and SMEs, including start-ups.

 

His wide experience, encompassing finance, sales and business development, and general business management, delivers sound and insightful financial management.

 

Richard's expertise includes financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, acquisitions, disposals,

in- and out-licensing and, business and intellectual property valuation.

Doug Stellman

Board Advisor

As a venture capitalist for 25 years, involved in the start-up, growth and exit of a significant number of technology businesses across the UK, in a wide range of sectors including healthcare, materials, software, electronics and manufacturing.

 

Since 2017 he has been working for TRUSTECH as a board advisor and consultant, supporting the company's role as a leading advisor to healthcare organisations on transformation through innovation.

Doug's expertise lies in venture capital, life sciences, finance and business development.

Amber Yasin

Project Officer

Amber provides administrative, planning, delivery and project support for a number of programmes, events and conferences including STEP INto Healthcare, and funding search services.

Amber's expertise includes events planning, customer service, research analysis, project support, general admin support, business support, clinical research.
